Subscription Policy for Allfeito

1. Subscription Plans
Allfeito offers several subscription plans for Professionals and Tradesmen to enhance their experience on our platform. These plans include:
Please note that all mentioned prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). There is an additional 23% VAT applied to the subscription fees.
2. Billing and Payment
a. Subscription fees will be billed on a recurring basis, and you authorize Allfeito to charge your chosen payment method accordingly.
b. The VAT will be added on top of the subscription fee and itemized on your billing statement.
c. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription periods.
3. Auto-Renewal
a. All subscription plans are set to auto-renew by default. You will be automatically billed for the next billing cycle unless you cancel the auto-renewal feature.
b. To cancel auto-renewal, you can manage your subscription settings in your Allfeito account.
4. Price Changes
a. Allfeito reserves the right to adjust subscription plan prices. You will be notified in advance of any price changes, and you may cancel your subscription if you do not agree with the updated pricing.
5. Cancellation and Termination
a. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be billed for the next cycle.
b. Allfeito reserves the right to terminate your subscription and access to our services if you violate our Terms of Service or engage in any prohibited activities.

b. All subscription plans are non-transferable, and you are responsible for the security of your account.

a. Your personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on our website. By subscribing, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
a. All content and materials provided to subscribers are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use these materials for professional use on Allfeito only.
5. Limitation of Liability
a. Allfeito provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, availability, or reliability of our platform.
6. Governing Law
a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of this jurisdiction.
7. Changes to Terms
a. We may update these Terms and Conditions at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
