Hello community! Would love a recommendation for some hired help - agency or individual:

We just bought a house in Lagos, and we plan to live in LA most of the year. While we learn Portuguese we are interested in hiring someone part time in Lagos this year to help us mediate and manage some projects to get our house up and running as a short term rental property.

Projects includes: finding and managing contractors for renovations, getting the house in shape and approved to be a rental, etc.

Any advice, recommendations or referrals would be very much appreciated.
