Could anyone kindly give opinions on the following?

EDP - How does being connected to EDP grid 'work'? 

what are the issues that we might encounter?

Who does the connection to grid and at what cost?

Any recommendations of solar PV companies in Algarve area? 

Do I need to register? If so with who and what does the process entail?
